Stolen explosive materials were found inside a Packenham home where a man threatened to harm himself and two others in the residence.
Lanark County OPP continue to investigate the barricaded person incident which took place Friday night at around 9:30 after an individual called 9-1-1 making threats.
The other individuals were able to leave the residence unharmed, and after extensive negotiations the male surrendered to officers Saturday morning without further incident and was taken into custody.
The OPP confirmed their Explosive Disposal Unit did recover stolen explosive materials from the property.
