It’s do or die tonight for the Carleton Place Junior Canadians.
They take on the Richmond Royals in Game 7 of the EOJHL Richardson Division Finals, with the winner advancing to the Barkley Cup Finals.
Head Coach Cole Burton spoke highly of the fight the Royals have put up throughout the series.
Once down 3-1 in the series, the Royals have won two straight and look to complete the unlikely comeback.
Carleton Place hasn’t made the league final since 2017, where they lost in five games to the Casselman Vikings.
Burton says positional hockey is winning hockey.
