There will be no commercial gun range in Drummond/North Elmsley.
The Ontario Land Tribunal dismissed Martin Whyte’s appeal in a decision released last week.
The report outlines the tribunals reasoning to dismiss Whyte’s appeal of the township’s decision to deny his rezoning application.
His application became a hot button and divisive issue across the Township, with supporters and opponents coming out in droves to council meetings when the item was on the agenda.
