If you’d like your visual artwork displayed on a light post banner in Downtown Carleton Place this summer, act quickly.
The Carleton Place Business Improvement Area Project intends to beautify the urban built environment with the initiative, and the deadline to apply and submit your artwork is Friday (April 26th).
Please submit all images to Ginny Fobert, Carleton Place Gallery, to: gfobert.artstuff@gmail.com
Add the words ‘Art Expedition’ to the subject line. Remember, you can only make one submission.
Artists must adhere to the following sizes: 300 dpi. Image Dimensions are to be 18 inches wide by 24.5 inches tall.
(If your image was cropped to fit the banner, a full-sized image must also be submitted).
Approvals are on a first-come, first-served basis. If your work is accepted it will involve a $75 artist’s fee, payable at Town Hall Reception by May 1st. Wait until you receive an email that you are are approved before trying to submit the fee. Then, use the side entrance of Town Hall and pay by debit, cash, cheque or credit card. The payment must be in full, and cannot be late.
