Lanark-Frontenac-Kingston MPP John Jordan’s the new Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.
Jordan says this role is growth-based.
He thinks there’s lots of promise within the ministry.
The province has a target to grow the supply chain of what’s grown and consumed in-province by 30% by 2032, and exports by 8%.
Jordan was part of a large shuffle of PA’s by Premier Doug Ford, in a bid to shake things up.
Jordan was previous PA to the Minister of Long-Term Care.
