A resident of Ottawa, Carl Marston, 33, faces new charges after being apprehended by the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on April 26, 2024.
Marston was arrested on multiple warrants, including one for failing to appear in court.
During the process of fingerprinting and photographing, Marston resisted and refused officers’ attempts.
Consequently, he has been charged under the Criminal Code with obstructing a peace officer and failure to attend court.
Marston remains in custody awaiting an appearance before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth scheduled for April 29, 2024.
