A suspect has been arrested following last week’s pellet gun shooting in Perth.
Lanark County OPP executed a warrant Thursday morning at a Gore Street apartment where they arrested 33-year-old Joshua Bernicky without incident.
Police say it was in relation to the April 24th report of two people being shot by a pellet gun at a Gore St. parking lot before the suspect fled. Minor injuries were sustained.
Bernicky faces 11 charges including two counts of assault with a weapon, and one count of personating a peace officer.
