RNJ Youth Services is seeing an unprecedented surge in caseloads since 2018.
Executive Director Rachel Burns said as much to Rideau Lakes council.
The non-profit tries to help at-risk youth get on track through their programs.
Burns says they’ve been speaking at high schools to try and get their messaging across.
In 2018, the organization served about 100 youth, but that skyrocketed to over 1700 last year.
