The Annual Lombardy Agricultural Society Barn Dance is coming up this weekend.
The society is well known for holding events to bring the community together, like family fun days, pancake dinners, the annual fair, and of course the dance.
Earl Hicks, a Director of the Lombardy Agricultural Society says the money they raise goes to keeping their facilities top notch, so they can keep hosting the community.
Hicks says the doors open at 4:30, if you’re taking part in the dinner.
Afterwards, Healey Transportation is providing a bus service to take people to Smiths Falls if they need a ride.
Tickets are still available by calling 613-283-4730. Tickets for the dance only will be available at the door.
