The PSFDH Foundation is grateful to the GWM Auxiliary for their generous donation of $100,000 to support the “Magnifying Care Close to Home” MRI campaign. This significant contribution was made through two separate donations.
A major portion, $75,000, came from the legacy bequeath of Ruth McNamee, a long-time member of the GWM Auxiliary. The remaining $25,000 was donated by the GWM Hospital Gift Shop.
“This is a very proud moment for the GWM Auxiliary to be able to make such a generous donation to the MRI campaign,” said Nancy Peckett, President of the GWM Auxiliary. “The GWM Auxiliary Executive unanimously supported this as a way of making this type of care more accessible for our communities.”
