Carleton Place residents can expect to see site clearing and tree removal in the area of the McNeely Landing Subdivision starting Monday.
A tree clearing permit has been issued by the Town in advance of the development of the site as a residential subdivision by Uniform Developments.
The site will be the future location of 431 new homes, an elementary school, and a municipal park.
