A Toronto driver’s facing charges after a Sharbot Lake collision.
Police say on Saturday afternoon a trailing vehicle attempted to pass another heading westbound on Highway 7 and McQuaid Road by driving on the right shoulder, resulting the car to go into the ditch.
It then struck a rock face, rolled several times and sent the driver to hospital with serious injuries.
Abraham Aguirre-Soto, age 39, was charged with the following offences.
· Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
· Resist Peace Officer
