Don’t feed the geese.
It’s a simple request going unheard in Smiths Falls as the feisty birds continue to hang around both Murphy and Centennial Parks.
But now they need the public’s help, which Director of Community Services Stephanie Clark says is only adding to the problem.
Other than that, Clark says their mitigation factors are working.
Clark notes they’ll continue to do what they can, but are relying on the public to adhere to the no feeding policy.
