It was a busy 48 hours for the Smiths Falls Fire Department as well as the dispatch centre following the June storm which ripped through the county and caused mass power outages.
Fire Chief Rick Chesebrough says on the day, dispatch received 187 calls and attended 15.
Chesebrough says they also lost a key piece of infrastructure.
The day after the storm, dispatch handled 227 calls and sent out crews for another 15, including a structure fire in Lanark Highlands.
