Carleton Place wrapped several planning issues before their summer break, including Cavanagh Construction’s application to build four 21-unit apartment buildings on O’Donovan Drive near Lake Avenue West.
Town Planning Director Niki Dwyer says it includes affordable units.
The application received approval.
