The crucial support service provides free, confidential, and anonymous telephone support to those in need.
Volunteers play a vital role by being active listeners, assisting callers with their problems, and providing information and referrals.
The centre operates two shifts every night:
Early shift: 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Late shift: 8 PM to 12 AM
Volunteers receive comprehensive training to handle a variety of situations, ensuring they can provide the best possible support to callers.
