No charges are coming following a scrap in front of a Perth pub last week.
Lanark County OPP say they’ve cancelled an initial assault charge against an individual after further investigating an early Thursday morning disturbance outside a Foster Street establishment where one male was found lying on the ground surrounded by a large group of others.
The injured 33-year-old male was transported to hospital by the Lanark County Paramedic Service. That person’s injuries were later determined to be minor.
