Smiths Falls has opened the Fall Intake for the Community Improvement Plan (CIP). Eligible property owners, business owners, and tenants can apply for funding until August 31, 2024.
The program aims to enhance accessibility, increase affordable housing, and improve commercial buildings in the downtown area.
