The Perth Lion’s Club Garlic Festival has wrapped up it’s 25th year at the Perth Fairgrounds.
It’s a tradition that sees people return to Perth year-after-year to sample some of the finest garlic you can find, and some of the incredible products showcasing the ingredient.
It also brings back vendors year after year, like Elizabeth Snell of Snell House Foods in Orleans, who has been a part of the festival since 2007.
She and many other vendors look forward to meeting people from across the region year after year, in addition to sharing their amazing goods.
And they come to expect quality at the festival, and the producers like Snell don’t disappoint.
Her products taste incredibly fresh, and are delicious, something she credits to what she doesn’t put in them.
The Lions Garlic Festival has grown in fame and in popularity over the quarter century it’s been taking place, and is listed as the 5th best Garlic Festival in North America.
All proceeds from the Garlic Festival go right back into our community through the work of the Lions’ Club.
