
In Smiths Falls, the much-loved wooden play structure at Lower Reach Park has come to the end of its journey. The Town started removing the old play structure to make way for exciting new changes.
Residents are asked to keep a safe distance while the removal is underway.
Guided by the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, the Community Services department is focused on enhancing local parks and creating more accessible spaces for everyone.
For those eager to explore, the newly installed play structures at Hyland-Corbett and Victoria Park are now open and represent the first of many improvements to our community’s play areas.
