The first annual 88.1 myFM Kevin Grimes Remax Affiliates Realty All Hands on Deck Food Drive was a resounding success!
With the support of the Perth and Smiths Falls communities, the event collected over 1,140 pounds of food and $2,323.30 in cash donations.
Volunteers from The Table CFC in Perth and the Smiths Falls Community Food Bank teamed up at Barnabe’s Your Independent Grocer in Perth and The Garden Market in Smiths Falls. Donations were gathered in boats provided by Perth Powersports and Marine, adding a fun twist to the day.
We are so grateful for the community’s generosity. Your donations will help fill the shelves of local food banks at a crucial time of year.
