Lanark OPP are investigating a fatal head-on collision on Highway 7 between Perth and Innisville.
It was reported around 1:45pm Monday afternoon.
One person is deceased and there are no details on injuries to others.
Expect the highway to remain closed for an extend period of time for the investigation. Drivers are asked to follow the marked detours.
