More details have been released around Monday’s fatal collision.
Lanark County OPP say the victim was a 77-year-old woman from Ottawa, after a head-on collision involving her SUV and a pick-up truck.
It happened around 1:45 p.m on Highway 7 at Gardiner Road between Perth and Innisville.
The 49-year-old male driver of the truck is from Mississippi Mills and had no serious injuries. Both drivers were alone in their vehicle.
