A Smiths Falls man’s been charged with theft under $5,000 and two counts of breach of probation.
Police say 41-year-old Jeffery Peters stole from a south end businesses on August 20th and was seen by SFPS leaving the property on a bicycle and was arrested shortly after.
Peters was released from custody with a court date.
