The Perth Blue Wings are determined not to repeat the same mistakes this season after missing the playoffs by one point a year ago.
Head Coach and Co-Owner Bryan Greer said they’re sending the message early, and it started with adding to the roster.
Greer believes they made several upgrades.
In net will be Jackson Pundyk, who has spent most of his junior career with the CCHL Carleton Place Canadians. Evan Mahlerbe is also back for a second season.
Perth begins their regular season Thursday against Ottawa West.
Their home opener, where they’ll also be debuting new uniforms, goes Friday night at 7:30 against Renfrew.
