What’s up:
It’s the Thursday Night Cruise Car Show in Smiths Falls, and there are only two shows left this season! Every Thursday until the end of September, car and motorcycle enthusiasts can bring their vehicles to Settlers Ridge Mall. Participation is free, or you can pay $10 for a static cling and become a member. Check out their Facebook group for updates.
Join the Indigenous Reads Book Club at Perth & District Library, 30 Herriott Street, Perth, ON. Meetings are on the third Thursday of each month from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Organized by Lanark County Neighbours for Truth and Reconciliation, the club is open to everyone.
Looking for a fun evening? Head to McDonalds Corners Agricultural Hall for Bingo every Thursday! Located at 194 Camerons Rd, doors open at 5:30 p.m., with the games starting at 7 p.m. Snacks and drinks are available. EOJHL play tonight sees the Perth Blue Wings fly to Ottawa to face the Golden Knights at 7:20, and the Carleton Place Jr. Canadians in Cassleman to take on the Vikings at 7:30.
CCHL action resumes Friday when the Carleton Place Canadians head to Smiths Falls to take on the Bears in the Bears’ Den game time is 7:30.
