The RCA Victor and Beatlemania Panel Discussion is set for Sept 29th at 2 pm at the Station Theatre in Smiths Falls.
Former CJET host Jack Thompson will be on that panel sharing stories of the Beatles’ rise in Canada.
The Smiths Falls Heritage House Museum is hosting the panel which celebrates and reflects on the importance of the manufacturing of Beatles records in Smiths Falls for the North American market at the RCA Victor Plant.
Thompson says there’s no shortage of stories, like the one about the C-Jet overnight man who also worked at the plant, and his covert mission.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg. The panel takes place on September 29th at 2 pm at the Station Theatre in Smiths Falls. The Rotary Club will be on hand. Donations to the Smiths Falls Heritage Museum are welcome but not necessary.
Listen to our complete chat with Thompson below for a taste of what’s to come.
