Example of a tiny home
Cornerstone Landing’s long fight for a tiny home in Perth appears to be over after they received preliminary approval to allow the placement of a prebuilt home on a lot with an existing residence.
Cornerstone’s advocated for the move on 82 Drummond Street West for over three years.
Town council provided preliminary approval after some slight changes including the need to provide four parking spaces.
