Sunday kicks off Fire Prevention Week and the theme this year aligns well with the messaging the Perth Fire Service and its Fire Chief Trevor Choffe has been hammering home over the last month.
A smoke alarm blitz last May saw 23% of the checked alarms were either expired or not working.
