The Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital are dealing with flu season.
President and CEO Michael Cohen says they’re seeing cases coming to the hospital.
Cohen says they’re responding accordingly in terms of masking.
Cohen says they remain at or over capacity for hospital beds, as the lack of access at long term care facilities continues to result in hospitals being the stop-gap for the health care system.
