Staff shared their thoughts of the environment at the Upper Canada District School Board.
A survey issued in April had a 34% response rate lower than they hoped, but a building block for the future, says Superintendent of Human Resources and Schools Chad Brownlee.
Trustee Lisa Swan asked how they can ensure they’re getting genuine feedback, as staff may feel their answers will be linked to them.
Brownlee said they asked themselves that same question.
