The OPP’s Project Atlas findings uncovered 2,000 victims of Crypto scams across Canada, the US and 12 other countries.
The investigation was launched November 18th and over the course of five weeks, police uncovered a wide ranging list of organized cryptocurrency frauds.
The OPP didn’t state if arrests were made, but said they’ve been in contact with each victim.
