Smiths Falls Police responded to a disturbance at a local residence on December 25, 2024. Upon arrival, officers separated the parties involved and began an investigation.
A 23-year-old man from Kingston was arrested as a result. He faces charges of assault, mischief, and failure to comply with probation.
The accused was released with conditions and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth at a later date.
