Don’t be concerned if you hear what sounds like explosions in Carleton Place
Blasting activities have begun in the Uniform Developments Phase 1 Subdivision located at McNeely Avenue and Captain A. Roy Brown Boulevard.
The Town of Carleton Place reminds residents that these blasts, part of the development process, are expected to continue until March 2025.
Residents living near the site may receive letters from the developer’s consultant offering pre-blast inspections of their homes.
If you live in the area and have any concerns or need more information, the consultant’s contact details will be provided in the letter.
The Town asks residents for patience and understanding while this work is carried out.
