
As Ontario heads to the polls on February 27, job opportunities are available in the Lanark-Frontenac-Kingston riding for election officials.
Paid positions are open, and training will be provided. Successful applicants will assist with electronic poll books, vote tabulators, or paper-based products.
Applications can be submitted online or in person at the local election office in Smiths Falls Square.
Those selected will be contacted by February 26 with more details about the position and pay.
To apply, you must be at least 18 years old, a Canadian citizen, legally entitled to work in Canada, and a resident of Ontario. For information assistant roles, candidates must be at least 16 years old and have a social insurance number.
Tabular deputy returning officers must meet similar eligibility criteria, including being at least 16 years old and a Canadian citizen.
