The Town of Perth has made changes at Town Hall to improve customer service and safety. Visitors will now find all services at the front desk, making it easier to get help without confusion.
Officials say the new setup ensures a safer and more welcoming space for both staff and visitors. Like other municipalities, Perth has taken steps to enhance security in public buildings.
Accessibility remains a priority, with entrances meeting AODA standards. The town welcomes feedback from anyone with concerns.
Residents can still meet with staff, drop in for assistance, or even take a tour of the historic building—ghost stories included.
The town encourages visitors to reach out with questions or suggestions. Cathy McNally, Director of Community Services, can be contacted at cmcnally@perth.ca or 613-267-3311 ext. 2227.
Officials say the goal is simple: better service and a safer experience for all.
