The Town of Smiths Falls is looking for residents to join local boards and committees to help shape the community.
There are openings for citizens and youth on several committees, including the Municipal Heritage Committee, Climate Protection Working Group, and Public Arts Advisory Committee. The Heritage House Museum Advisory Board has four vacancies, while the Smiths Falls for All Committee seeks two youth members.
Planning and accessibility committees also need new members. Those interested can apply through the Clerk’s Office or online at smithsfalls.ca/committees.
Applications should be addressed to Kerry Costello, Clerk.
Serving on a committee is a great way to get involved, contribute to decision-making, and support local initiatives.
