
Lanark County OPP officers have laid charges after a disturbance at a Carleton Place drive thru on March 20, 2025.
Police were called to the scene around 12:45 a.m. and found a vehicle with a homemade cardboard license plate. Two men were arrested, and a vehicle search uncovered about 23 grams of suspected cocaine, 37 suspected MDMA pills, a replica firearm, and drug-related paraphernalia.
Kevin Langlois, 42, of Kingston, faces multiple charges, including possession of a Schedule I substance (two counts), failing to comply with a probation order, and using an altered license plate. Dillon Mullin-Begin, 30, of Ottawa, is charged with similar drug-related offenses and probation violations.
The two men were held for a bail hearing scheduled for March 20, 2025, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth.
