The Lanark Animal Welfare Society had a busy 2024.
Board Chair Kathy Holland went over their intake numbers.
Holland said the numbers are similar to 2023, and they make sure the animals they do take in are fit for homes.
They also received 15 surrendered dogs, adopting out 10.
