Youth theatre workshops back in Perth for a third year at the Studio Theatre
Young performers in Perth have a chance to take the stage with a series of workshops from Perth Youth Players at Studio Theatre.
Launching on March 29, the spring 2025 Perth Youth Players program features 10 exciting workshops designed for youth ages 10-17.
In conversation with our Lynda D’Aoust, the Studio Theatre’s Marilyn Nicholas-Dahan said the workshops have been very well received.
The sessions will help participants develop acting skills, build confidence, and have fun in a creative environment. Nicholas-Dahan says in some cases, they develop a life-long love of theatre.
Registration will take place this coming Monday, March 31st at 6:30 p.m. in the lobby of Studio Theatre on Gore Street. The fee for the full series is $75.
The program is open to all experience levels, from beginners to those with stage experience. Organizers encourage young people with an interest in theatre to sign up early. Find out more here.
