Hydro One is asking residents in our listening area for understanding as crews deal with local power outages due to the freezing rain.
The precipitation could bring down power lines, or have tree limbs take out lines or poles.
Hydro One crews are ready to respond, with outage updates available every 10 minutes.
Customers can report outages by texting 92887 (WATTS) or calling 1-800-434-1235.
Customers can track outages through the free Hydro One app or on the Storm Centre map online. You can also sign up for text or email alerts here.
