Registered voters will start receiving voter information cards by mail in the coming weeks. Anyone who doesn’t receive a card, or sees an error, should visit Elections.ca to check or update their registration.
Candidates have until April 7 at 2 p.m. to register. The full list of candidates will be released on April 9.
Advance polls run from April 18 to 21, open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Voters who prefer to vote by mail must apply online or at any Elections Canada office by 6 p.m. on April 22.
Early voting is also open now at all 500 Elections Canada offices. Those in Lanark-Frontenac can vote early at 39 Chambers Street in Smiths Falls. In Leeds-Grenville-Thousand-Islands & Rideau Lakes, the office can be found at 2495 Parkedale Avenue, Suite 1 in Brockville. You can vote at the offices until April 22 at 6 p.m.
