
Liz Rymal and her fellow Lanark Highland neighbours have been collecting garbage around their area almost every Earth Day for over 25 years.
She says they’ve brought in items both big and small.
She says they do this because they respect the planet, and each other.
Rymal says they’ve seen less litter on the roadways as the years have gone by, but the common items remain fast food and cigarette packages.
