A Tay Valley man is facing impaired driving charges—after being caught behind the wheel of a lawn tractor on an ATV trail.
Just before 9 p.m. on May 24th, Lanark County OPP say the 59-year-old tried to turn around after spotting officers near Highway 7, but police stopped him moments later.
An approved alcohol screening device was utilized, and the individual was arrested and transported to the detachment for further testing.
Jim Dixon was arrested and charged with operation while impaired and fail to comply with a release order. He was released with a Perth court date.
