St. John Catholic High School will host Relay for Life on Friday, June 6, marking its 25th year of running the event—longer than any other school in Ontario.
In 2024, the school celebrated a huge milestone, surpassing $1 million raised since 2001. This year, students and staff are ready to go even further, inspired by hope, determination and love.
A special Survivor Reception begins at 5:30 p.m., with Opening Ceremonies and the Survivor Lap starting at 6 p.m. Local cancer survivors are warmly invited to take part in the evening.
Community members who want to support the cause can donate online at relayforlife.ca/sjchs.
The event brings people together to celebrate survivors, remember loved ones, and fight back against cancer.
