A new mediation date has been set between Caivan Limited and the Town of Perth regarding the proposed subdivision near the Perth Golf Course.
The matter has been before the Ontario Land Tribunal for several months, with four previous mediation sessions this year – February 14, March 16, April 30, and May 30, which involved representatives from the Town of Perth, Caivan, legal counsel, expert witnesses, and the Tribunal-appointed mediator.
The next time the sides meet will be August 19th.
Neither can comment on the matter while the proceedings are ongoing.
