A Perth man’s facing five charges after complaints of indecent acts.
Lanark County OPP say 56-year-old Peter Asselstine’s been arrested after reports June 9th of a suspicious person exposing themselves in the hallway of an apartment building.
Surveillance video reviewed by the OPP shows the suspect has been repeatedly performing indecent acts while standing in the hall since May.
Asselstine’s been charged with three counts of criminal harassment and two counts of indecent act in public place.
