Grace Rand is the Executive Director of the Lanark Highlands Youth Centre and says they receive support from all three tiers of government.
She tells our Lynda D’Aoust, that money is invested back into their programming.
Rand’s appointment completed the circle, having attended the centre when she was younger.
She tells Lynda their programs help keep kids safe and out of trouble.
