Dustin Bulloch will represent Ward 3 for the remainder of the council term after winning the Rideau Lakes by-election Thursday night.
Bulloch was the heavy favourite among the voting population, which was just 20.2% of eligible South Crosby voters.
He secured 283 votes. The runner up was Jordan De Long with 114.
Rob Hennessy and Jonathan Carr secured 65 and 43 votes, respectively.
