Lanark County OPP charged three drivers with impaired driving after separate incidents over the long weekend.
John Sonnenburg, 28, of Mississippi Mills Township, and John Mitchell, 36, of Lanark Highlands Township, both face charges for impaired operation with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
They are scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on July 28.
Samantha Gordon, 37, of Perth, was charged with impaired driving and driving while under suspension. She will appear in court on August 11.
All three had their driver’s licences suspended for 90 days and vehicles impounded for seven days.
Officers arrested the drivers and took them to the Lanark OPP Detachment for testing.
The Lanark County OPP reminds drivers that impaired driving is a serious offence with strict penalties to keep roads safe for everyone.
